Abstract

The device comprises a sedimentation tank, an acidification tank, a detection tank and a recovery tank which are sequentially communicated. A dosing device is arranged on the acidification pool. A PH value sensor is arranged in the detection pool. A first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe are communicated between the acidification pool and the detection pool from top to bottom, the first connecting pipe is provided with a first one-way valve for enabling water to flow from the acidification pool to the detection pool in a one-way mode, and the second connecting pipe is provided with a second one-way valve for enabling water to flow from the detection pool to the acidification pool in a one-way mode. The acidification pool and the detection pool are designed as different pools, so that the influence of residual acidic chemicals in the acidification pool on the PH value of the acidified wastewater is reduced, finally, the qualified wastewater is discharged into the recovery pool for storage so as to be conveniently used for dust falling of a concrete mixing plant and used as general domestic water, and the effect of conveniently increasing ways of wastewater use after the wastewater is detected to reach the standard is achieved.
