Each popping-up mechanism comprises a paper reel positioning barrel, a receding fixing sleeve and a paper receding ring, wherein one end of the paper reel positioning barrel is connected with the base, the receding fixing sleeve and the paper receding ring are arranged at the middle end of the paper reel positioning barrel, the other end of the paper reel positioning barrel is exposed out of the paper receding ring and used for mounting a paper reel, and a push mechanism is arranged between the paper receding ring and the receding fixing sleeve. Each paper reel comprises a paper core and a paper tape wound on the paper core. When one paper tape is used up and only the corresponding paper core remains, the corresponding push mechanism pushes the paper receding ring, and the paper core is pushed away from the paper reel positioning barrel and falls into the collection mechanism.
