The method can be used for detecting drugs for treating allergic diseases, and six antihistaminedrugs, including cimetidine, diphenhydramine, cetirizine, fexofenadine, chlorpheniramine and ranitidine, in a water body can be efficiently and quickly detected at the same time by combining a solid-phase extraction small column with a high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method.
