The device comprises: a plurality of parallel phosphorus ion removal systems, wherein each phosphorus ion removal system comprises afirst cationic resin tank, an anion resin tank and a second cationic resin tank; a hydrogen peroxide inputting pipeline, which is connected with the first cationic resin tanks; a dephosphorization solution sharing pipeline, which is connected with the first cation resin tanks, the anion resin tanks and the second cation resin tanks; and an acid solution inputting pipeline, an alkaline solution inputting pipeline and a neutral solution inputting pipeline, which are all connected with the dephosphorization solution sharing pipeline. According to the invention, phosphorus ions in hydrogen peroxide can be removed through the adsorption effect of resin; then an acidic solution, an alkaline solution and a neutral solution are sequentially inputted into the first cationic resin tanks, the anionic resin tanks and the second cationic resin tanks to remove phosphorus ions adsorbed on the surfaces of resin in the resin tanks, so the purpose of resin regeneration is achieved; and therefore, the pilot scale test device in the scheme of the invention can be continuously and repeatedly used.
