The invention relates to an acquisition and processing method for obtaining seismic reflected waves. The method includes the following steps that: (1) an exploration area geologic model is established; (2) geophysical parameters are assigned to the exploration area geologic model; (3) excitation wavelets are applied to perform illumination forward modeling, valid excitation wavelets which are corresponding to the maximum energy of the model are determined according to illumination intensity; (4) the selected excitation wavelets are adopted to perform illumination forward modeling, so that the sequence length pairs of a geologic target layer optimal imaging effect are obtained; (5) a vertical minimum resolution is calculated according to the maximum frequency of the selected excitation wavelets and the stratum minimum velocity of the geophysical parameters, and the vertical minimum resolution is adopted as a spatial sampling rate to perform sampling, so that the spatial sampling density of the geologic target layer optimal imaging effect is obtained; (6) the parameters determined in the step (3) to the step (7) are adopted as field test parameters to perform a pilot test; and (7) sensitive parameters that influence a geological target body imaging effect and the sensitive parameters of a cost factor are obtained; and (8) a technologically effective and economically feasible acquisition scheme is obtained.
