By adopting the method, when the external power supply device of an elevator stops supplying power, at least one of voice pacification, lighting adjustment and ventilation adjustment can beperformed to relieve the nervousness of the passengers, improve the comfort of the passengers and reduce the influence of the power outage on the passengers.
