Abstract

The invention relates to a single-ended electrode electronic system for reconstructing a gait movement function. The single-ended electrode electronic system comprises an instruction acquisition system, a pulse signal generation system and a pair of biological stimulation electrodes. The instruction acquisition system generates a control instruction according to the instruction information and sends the control instruction to the pulse signal generation system; the pulse signal generation system generates a pulse signal according to the control instruction and sends the pulse signal to the biological stimulation electrode, and electric pulse excitation is performed on a key site for inducing gait movement in the spinal cord through the biological stimulation electrode; and the pulse signalis composed of a positive voltage pulse signal string and a negative voltage pulse signal string which are alternated. The reconstruction of the lower limb gait movement function can be effectively carried out in a mode closer to the physiological condition and a single pair of electrodes. The single-ended electrode electronic system can be applied to animal experiments or rehabilitation training.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an intelligent control electronic system and a control method thereof in the field of rehabilitation engineering, in particular to a spinal cord electric excitation device for reconstructing the gait movement function of lower limbs. Background technique [0002] Spinal cord injury leads to motor dysfunction of the limbs below the injured segment, which will not only bring physical and mental harm to the patient, but also cause a huge economic burden to the family and the whole society. Therefore, reconstructing the motor function of paralyzed limbs has always been an important topic in neuroscience research. [0003] After the adult central system is injured, it is difficult for the axons of upper neurons to grow to the originally connected lower neurons to form new functional synaptic connections, which brings challenges to the reconstruction of motor function after spinal cord injury. Researchers in neurobiology have been t...
