Embodiment Construction

[0017] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention.

[0018] refer to Figure 1-2 , a method for detecting the temperature field of damaged fruit based on the LOG algorithm, comprising the following steps:

[0019] S1 uses an infrared thermal imager to obtain infrared pictures of fruits;

[0020] S2 adds salt and pepper noise to the picture to obtain a noise picture;

[0021] S3 uses Gaussian functions to generate different Gaussian templates;

[0022] S4 uses different Gaussian templates for image smoothing, and obtains different filtering effect images, which deepens the color depth of the damaged parts of the fruit;

[0023] S5 converts the filtering result map into a grayscale image;

[0024] S6 uses the LOG alg...

Abstract

The invention discloses a damaged fruit temperature field detection method based on an LOG algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring an infrared picture of a fruit by using athermal infrared imager; S2, adding salt and pepper noise to the picture to obtain a noise picture; S3, generating different Gaussian templates by using a Gaussian function; S4, carrying out picturesmoothing processing by using different Gaussian templates, obtaining different filtering effect pictures, and deepening the color depth of the damaged part of the fruit; S5, converting the filteringresult image into a grayscale image; and S6, performing edge detection by using an LOG algorithm to obtain different edge detection results. According to the method, the influences of different Gaussian templates on damage edge detection are compared, and the clear contour of the damaged part is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of non-destructive testing, in particular to a method for detecting the temperature field of damaged fruits based on a LOG algorithm. Background technique [0002] Non-destructive testing technology is a method to measure the quality of the measured object according to the characteristics of heat, light and electricity of the measured object without destroying the measured object. Men Hong et al. studied the temperature difference characteristics between the damaged part and the intact part of the apple, obtained contrast thermal images by setting different heating distances and shooting distances, and analyzed the temperature curve and temperature difference of the fruit stem and calyx qualitatively and quantitatively, so as to rule out Effects of fruiting stem and calyx on lesion feature extraction. Zhou Qixian et al. used thermal imaging technology to study the change of surface temperature of damaged ap...
