Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of (1) welding and fixing retaining washers onto a ship structure; (2) connecting guide rails end to end through connecting plate components, and lifting the guide rails as a whole through a lifting appliance; (3) welding portal frames on the ship structure, enabling the guide rails to penetrate through the portal frames on which bolts are movably arranged; (4) rotating the bolts to adjust the positions of the guide rails relative to the portal frames; (5) measuring thedistances between bottom plate faces of the guide rails and the retaining washers, manufacturing adjusting washers, leaving a certain amount of fitting allowance for each adjusting washer during manufacturing, and fitting the adjusting washers; (6) connecting and fixing the guide rails, the adjusting washers, the retaining washers and the ship structure; and (7) disassembling the lifting appliance, the connecting plate components and the portal frames.
