Abstract

The intelligent pet management method comprises the steps: obtaining a target animal picture; judging whether an effective animal head portrait exists in the target animal photo or not; if an effective animal head portrait exists in the target animal photo, matching the animal head portrait witha pet head portrait in a pet database, and the pet database comprising a registered pet data list and a missing pet data list which both record the effective pet head portrait and corresponding contact person information; and if matching succeeds, obtaining contact information corresponding to the matched pet head portrait. The intelligent pet management method is helpful for finding owners for the homeless animals.
