A main accumulator is connected with a gas interface of a gas cavity pressure regulatorthrough a gas connecting pipe; a high-speed gas switching valve is arranged on the gas connecting pipe; a liquid interface of the main accumulator communicates with a three-position four-way solenoidvalve through an oil connecting pipe; the gas cavity pressure regulator is connected with a high-speed liquid switching valve through an oil connecting pipe, and the high-speed liquid switching valveis further connected with the three-position four-way solenoid valve; and the piston displacement of the main accumulator (12) and a speed signal are transmitted to a controller (6) through a displacement sensor (8), and meanwhile the controller (6) is connected with the high-speed gas switching valve (2), the high-speed liquid switching valve (4) and the three-position four-way solenoid valve (5) through signals.
