The invention provides a zero-consumption seawater desalination facility based on comprehensive utilization of solar energy and belongs to the technical field of seawater desalination. The facility comprises a bubbling evaporator, a saline water tank, a fresh water tank and a solar energy utilization device. A solar energy air type heat collector is connected with a bubbler to heat up air entering the bubbling evaporator; a solar heater is connected with the bubbling evaporator to heat saline water in the evaporator; a solar photovoltaic cell panel is connected with a water tank, an induced draft fan, a solenoid and an accumulator through a solar photovoltaic controller to provide power for the whole facility, and the accumulator serves as a standby auxiliary power supply. Once being generated by the bubbler, air bubbles are subjected to heat and mass transfer with saline water in the bubbling evaporator continuously during rising so as to absorb moisture. High-humidity air is introduced to the saline water tank from the bubbling evaporator to achieve condensing and back heating, and vapor is condensed to generate fresh water to flow into the fresh water tank while saline water is preheated. The facility utilizes solar energy comprehensively, is effective, and is simple in structure and easy to promote.
