Abstract

The invention discloses a visual evaluation method for valve operation standardization during tank truck loading and unloading. The method comprises the following two steps: (1) a master-slave hiddenMarkov model establishment and offline training stage: establishing a master-slave hidden Markov model by taking a key step contained in a valve operation sequence during loading and unloading of a tank truck as a hidden state, and performing training; and (2) on-line identification of a compliance operation event sequence: taking the first valve operation step as a starting operation event, and sequentially detecting whether an action sequence conforming to a valve operation specification during loading and unloading of the tank truck exists in a subsequent frame or not. According to the visual evaluation method for the valve operation standardization during tank truck loading and unloading, provided by the invention, an operation monitoring video of a loader is detected and analyzed in real time by virtue of an intelligent visual technology; and a hidden Markov model is established to identify whether the valve operation sequence conforms to the specification or not when the tank truck loads and unloads materials, so that an event which does not conform to the operation specification is identified and early warned.
