The system comprises a scanner and a positioning plate, the scanner comprises a detection camera used for detecting a to-be-detected object and a global camera used for positioning the scanner; the positioning plate is fixed in terms of position and structure in a use state, and a plurality of feature points are arrangedon the surface of the positioning plate; the detection camera and the global camera are arranged in a same shell, the relative positions are fixed, and the view fields of the detection camera and theglobal camera are not overlapped during image acquisition; in a working state, the positioning plate is fixedly arranged in a view field of the global camera, and no occupation of measurement space is ensured; at least 90% of positioning plate images acquired by the global camera are overlapped at two adjacent image acquisition positions due to a small shooting time interval and a small rotationangle. When the system is used, positioning is carried out while a to-be-detected object is detected, the product size can be reduced to 20*20cm<3> or even smaller on the premise that the existing detection precision is kept, and portability is achieved in the true sense.
