The equipment comprises a signal generator, a plate roller, a headrest, and a carving head; the signal generator is used for generating an electric carving controlling signal based on a pattern to be processed of the electric carving equipment; the plate roller is connected with the signal generator and is used for rotating driven by the electric carving controlling signal; the headrest is connected with the signal generator and is used for moving along the axial direction of the plate roller driven by the electric carving controlling signal; the headrest further comprises a detecting unit which is used for collecting carving information of an ink cell carved on the plate roller in real time; the carving head isconnected with the signal generator and the headrest, and is used for moving along the axial direction o the plate roller driven by the headrest; and the carving head is driven by the electric carvingcontrolling signal to make reciprocating motion in a direction perpendicular to the cylindrical surface of the plate roller to form the ink cell on the plate roller.
