algorithm end detects whether a new vehicle enters a quality inspection
station based on the
monitoring data of a
conveyor belt, and if yes, triggers a quality inspection task and obtains the initial position information of the vehicle relative to the
robot; the agent side responds to the trigger
signal of the quality inspection task, obtains the
vehicle identification code of the vehicle, determines the
vehicle type information of the vehicle according to the
vehicle identification code, and sends the
vehicle type information to the
algorithm side; the
algorithm end determines a plurality of quality inspection
operation point locations in the process that the vehicle moves along with the conveying belt according to the
vehicle type information and the initial position information, and controls the
robot to execute quality inspection
data acquisition operation at the plurality of quality inspection
operation point locations in the process that the robot moves along with the vehicle to obtain quality inspection data; and uploading the quality inspection data to a
cloud server through the agent end for defect detection. Based on the hierarchical collaborative architecture, the method can adapt to dynamic speed changes, intelligently match vehicle models for quality inspection, and improve the quality inspection efficiency and reliability.
