Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerator. According to the refrigerator, a flexible sealing element and a switching mechanism which are matched with each other are arranged between a first air inlet anda second air inlet; the flexible sealing element is matched with one of the first air inlet and the second air inlet to occlude the matching air inlet when a door is opened, and the switching mechanism is arranged around the other of the first air inlet and the second air inlet; and when the door is closed, the switching mechanism interacts with the flexible sealing element to make the first air inlet and the second air inlet communicate. Compared with the prior art, when the door of the refrigerator is opened, the flexible sealing element and the switching mechanism are separated from each other, the flexible sealing element restores by elastic deformation thereof to occlude the air inlet where the flexible sealing element is located, so that circulation between outside air and air in anair duct is isolated, and the situation that contamination is caused or the using effect of the refrigerator is affected due to cold air leakage in the air duct and entry of dust into the air duct, and consequently the service life of the refrigerator is influenced is avoided.
