Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the prior art, the welding seam eddy current detection probe orthogonal to the detection coil and excitation coil is generally used to detect the weld seam of aluminum alloy welding parts. This kind of eddy current detection probe can effectively find the crack defect on the surface of the weld seam, but it cannot detect the inside of the weld seam The hidden defects of aluminum alloy welding parts still have great potential safety hazards

Abstract

The invention provides a weld joint array far-field eddy current detection probe which at least comprises an excitation unit used for generating an excitation magnetic field, a detection unit used forpicking up eddy current field signals containing detected weld joint defect information in a far-field mode, and a shielding unit used for blocking a direct coupling electromagnetic field induced bythe excitation unit. The excitation unit comprises an excitation magnetizer and an excitation coil wound on the excitation magnetizer, the detection unit comprises a detection coil group perpendicularto the trend of the weld joint, and the shielding unit comprises a first shielding piece capable of accommodating the excitation unit and the detection unit. The invention further provides welding seam array far-field eddy current testing. According to the invention, a low-frequency electromagnetic field generated by the excitation coil can permeate into the weld joint and form an indirect coupling electromagnetic field in the weld joint, so that the detection coil group in a far field area can pick up an eddy current field signal containing defect information of the detected weld joint, andthe aim of detecting hidden defects in the weld joint is fulfilled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of weld seam detection, in particular to a weld seam array far-field eddy current detection probe and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] The rail vehicle body is mainly composed of aluminum alloy welded parts. Since the service environment of the welded parts is harsh and the welds are prone to harmful defects, the inspection of the welded parts of the welded parts is very important. There is an eddy current testing technology, because it has the advantages of no couplant, fast detection speed, high sensitivity, in-service detection, etc., so the eddy current testing technology has been widely used in the weld detection of aluminum alloy welded parts. [0003] In the prior art, the welding seam eddy current detection probe orthogonal to the detection coil and excitation coil is generally used to detect the weld seam of aluminum alloy welding parts. This kind of eddy current detection p...
