The method comprises the following steps: obtaining historical operation data of a desulfurization system; extracting features influencing the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization system from the historical operation data through a principal componentanalysis PCA algorithm; determining a correlation function value between the feature and the desulfurization efficiency; determining a target feature from the features according to the correlation function value; and predicting the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization system according to the target characteristics.
