The water-based paint consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of self-crosslinking water-based acrylic resin, 1-10 parts of composite wetting leveling agent, 0-3.5 parts of extinction powder, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 4-8 parts of cosolvent,0.2-0.8 part of defoamer, 0.4-3 part of thickener and 4-10 parts of water. The self-crosslinking water-based acrylic resin contains at least two functional groups of hydroxyl, carboxyl, epoxy group and acylamino; the composite wetting leveling agent is composed of a wetting leveling agent A and a wetting leveling agent B according to a mass ratio of 1: 0.5-2. The wetting leveling agent A is an alkynediol nonionic surfactant; and the wetting leveling agent B is polyether siloxane.
