The invention discloses a method and system for determining a load diagram of a ballastless track vehicle of a high-speed railway. The method comprises the steps that a wheel track force loading modeis obtained through simulation calculation; wherein the wheel-rail force loading mode comprises a fixed vehicle load loading force quantity and a loading distance; according to the wheel-rail force loading mode, a large number of vehicle-mounted wheel-rail force tests and ground wheel-rail force tests are conducted, wheel-rail force statistical parameters are obtained, and a wheel-rail force loading quantity value is obtained; and the load diagram of a ballastless track vehicle is determined according to the wheel track force loading mode and the wheel track force loading quantity value. According to the method, the ballastless track load condition can be accurately evaluated, excessive safety redundancy is avoided, waste caused by design and construction is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
