The support comprises a horizontally-arranged support body and a vertical rail; the container fixing mechanism is arranged on the support body so as to fix a container; the crushing and slurrying mechanismcomprises a fixing frame, a power part and two groups of slurrying cutter shaft assemblies; the fixing frame is arranged above the support body in parallel and is connected with the rail in a slidingmode; the slurrying cutter shaft assemblies comprise slurrying shafts and slurrying cutters; the slurrying shafts rotate along the axial directions of the slurrying shafts relative to the fixing frame, and the slurrying cutters are detachably arranged on the slurrying shafts; the power part is connected with the upper end of the slurrying shafts to drive the slurrying shafts to rotate; and the lifting mechanism connects the support body with the fixing frame so as to drive the slurrying cutter shaft assemblies to move up and down to crush garbage in the container.
