The embodiment of the invention provides a network delay measurement method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: periodically transmitting a detection message to a measurement opposite end in a first set duration; for each sent detection message, obtaining delay data corresponding to the detection message according to the sending time of the detection message andthe receiving time of a response message of a measurement opposite terminal to the detection message; if the delay data is larger than delay amplitude data, changing the delay data into delay data confirmed in the last period, wherein the delay amplitude data is used for representing the maximum limit value of the delay data; and calculating to obtain the network delay according to the delay dataobtained in the first set duration. Through amplitude limiting processing of the delay data, abnormal data caused by interference is filtered out, the anti-interference capability of network delay measurement is improved, and the current network quality is reflected more accurately.
