Abstract

The invention provides a tailings pond safety analysis method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining surface data through three-dimensional terrain measurement equipment, wherein the surface data comprises tailings pond dry beach surface data and dry beach and water surface boundary data; preprocessing the surface data to generate three-dimensional model data; establishing a three-dimensional model of the tailings pond through the three-dimensional model data; and performing safety analysis on the tailing pond based on the three-dimensional model and the design parameters ofthe tailing pond. According to the tailing pond safety analysis method and device, the dry beach situation of the whole tailing pond area can be comprehensively monitored, and the curved surface andinclination change situation of the dry beach can be truly reflected.
