Abstract

The invention provides a three-dimensional point cloud scene updating method based on crowdsourcing images. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a three-dimensional point cloud scene image anda first point cloud of a three-dimensional point cloud scene corresponding to the image; preprocessing the first point cloud and the second point cloud to obtain a preprocessed first point cloud and apreprocessed second point cloud, and calculating an absolute scale of the first point cloud according to the preprocessed first point cloud and the preprocessed second point cloud; registering the first point cloud and the second point cloud to generate a third point cloud; and performing surface reconstruction on the third point cloud to generate an updated three-dimensional point cloud scene. The method has the beneficial effects that the modeling cost is reduced, the acquisition of the three-dimensional point cloud scene with measurable precision reaching centimeter level is realized, andthe three-dimensional point cloud scene can be quickly and accurately updated.
