Embodiment Construction

[0026] The specific embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to accompanying drawing

[0027] Figure 1 to Figure 16 A tool for resecting part of the aortic valve leaflet for transcatheter intervention of the present invention is shown, as well as an example of its use.

[0028] Figure 15 It is a schematic diagram of sending the forceps head (2) to the target aortic valve position. It shows a kind of forceps for partially removing the aortic valve leaflet, including forceps tail (1), forceps head (2) and control guide wire (4). Long guide wire lumen, the cutter head of the forceps contains two collapsible cutter heads with U-shaped blades, and one cutter head (2a) is fixedly connected with the tail of the forceps, which is connected with the guide wire lumen and the control guide wire lumen at the tail The other cutter head (2b) is a movable cutter head, which is connected to the fixed cutter head (2a) through the shaft (3), and the control gui...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pair of pliers for resecting part of an aortic valve leaflet through transcatheter intervention. According to the technical scheme, the pliers are divided into a pliers tailand pliers tool bits, and a control guidewire is arranged in the pliers. The pliers tail is of a long catheter structure and internally provided with a guide guidewire cavity and a control guidewire cavity. The pliers tool bits adopt design of two foldable tool bits with hollow U-shaped blades, one tool bit is fixedly connected with the pliers tail, a guide guidewire cavity and a control guidewirecavity which are communicated with the guidewire cavity of the pliers tail are arranged in the one tool bit, and the other tool bit is connected with the above tool bit through a shaft. The control guidewire penetrates out inwards from the pliers tail and the control guidewire cavity of the fixed tool bit to the middle section of the fixed tool bit, and the tail end is fixed to the inner side face of the middle section of the movable tool bit. The tool bits are opened and closed by the control guidewire. When the two pliers tool bits are folded, the front-end U-shaped blades are used for cutting off and capturing tissues. By using the pliers, the partial aortic valve leaflet can be resected under the intubation intervention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a tool for partially cutting off aortic valve leaflets. Background technique [0002] Transcatheter aortic valve implantation is a rapidly developing cardiac treatment technology in recent years, which provides treatment opportunities for many patients who cannot afford traditional surgery, allowing them to obtain the possibility of continued survival. Whether a patient can undergo transcatheter aortic valve implantation requires a strict evaluation of the patient's coronary artery risk. After the operation, the coronary ostium was blocked and the transcatheter aortic valve implantation could not be implemented, thereby losing the last chance of treatment. [0003] How to solve the coronary risk of native aortic valve leaflets has become a difficult point in transcatheter aortic valve implantation. At present, there is no mature technology and equipment that can dir...
