The assembling device comprises an assembling platform, a tightening wrench, a limiting plate,a pressing measuring device and a ruler, wherein the assembling platform comprises an upper frame and a lower frame, and the upper frame and the lower frame are fixedly connected up and down to forma hollow frame structure; the limiting plate is mounted above the upper frame, and the tightening wrench is mounted on the lower end surface of the limiting plate; the pressing measuring device is mounted on the inner bottom surface of the lower frame and located under the upper frame, one end of the ruler is mounted on the upper frame, and the other end of the ruler extends downwards; and a low-pressure turbine shaft is vertically fixed through the pressing measuring device and the tightening wrench, a low-pressure turbine rotor and stator is fixed to the upper frame, and the upper end of theruler is fixed to the upper frame and vertically extends downwards.
