A siphon type efficient anaerobic phosphorus removal system comprises a water distribution mechanism arranged at the bottom of an anaerobic tank and a pulse water supply mechanism used for supplying water to the water distribution mechanism, the water distribution mechanism comprises a water distribution main pipe and water distribution branch pipes, the water distribution main pipe and the waterdistribution branch pipes communicate with each other to form a net-shaped structure, and a water inlet main pipe is arranged on the water distribution mechanism and the water distribution mechanism is connected with an outlet of the pulse water supply mechanism through the water inlet main pipe; a plurality of water distribution holes are formed in the water distribution main pipe and the water distribution branch pipes; and an inlet of the pulse water supply mechanism is connected with a water inlet pipe and connected with a water source through the water inlet pipe.
