According to an actual using condition, a filter tool is transferred to the compression chamber automatically, so that the filter tool filters exhaust gas in the compression chamber to reduce solid impurities in gas, and therefore, a condition that the cleaning difficulty of a storage device is increased as a result of adsorption effect of the solid impurities is avoided. After treatment, the filter tool is moved out of the compression chamber automatically, so that it is convenient to clean the filter tool. As the filter tool moves, exhaust gas absorbing operation is triggered to absorb exhaust gas automatically. The compressed exhaust gas is filled and collected. By means of air pressure change in the compression chamber, circulating conditions of the exhaust gas in two gas pipes of a collecting chamber are controlled, so that the exhaust gas is added selectively.
