Abstract

The invention discloses a fermentation apparatus for microbial culture. The fermentation apparatus comprises an outer frame, wherein a culture cylinder with an opening in the upper end and a hole in the lower end is rotationally mounted in the outer frame. According to the fermentation apparatus, the culture cylinder capable of being horizontally rotated is arranged by position-limiting flanges and arc-shaped sliding grooves which are connected in a sleeve manner, and a transmission shaft driven by a motor is arranged through a main transmission crawler belt, so that the culture cylinder can drive a culture material to stably rotate in the clockwise direction; a lower rotating shaft located in the lower end of the culture cylinder is arranged by the outer frame, and an inner cylinder and awind wheel which are located in the culture cylinder are arranged by the lower rotating shaft, so that the inner cylinder and the wind wheel are driven by a driven crawler belt to rotate in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the culture cylinder so as to drive the culture material in the culture cylinder to rotate in the anticlockwise direction; and a cover body and an upper support which are of an integrated structure are arranged on an upper rotating shaft, and stirring shafts located in an inner cylinder are arranged by a three-level gear and four-level gears which are connected in a meshed manner, so that the stirring shafts are driven by the upper rotating shaft to rotate synchronously.
