The invention relates to a baby carriage street pushing environment evaluation method based on a smartphone sensor, and particularly relates to a walking space quality quantitative evaluation method which is established by utilizing sensors such as a GPS (Global Positioning System) and an accelerometer of a smartphone to collect information such as speed, vibration and lifting in the pushing process of a baby carriage. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining indexes of baby carriage pushing in three aspects of quickness, smoothness and behavior complexity, performing index calculation by adopting GPS and accelerometer data of a smart phone, establishing a hierarchical structure model, determining a judgment matrix through questionnaire by utilizing an analytic hierarchy process, and performing calculating to obtain baby carriage indexes. The baby carriage index achieves objective evaluation of a slow-moving environment, especially a baby carriage pushing environment such as a sidewalk, from a quantitative perspective, and can provide a basis for urban street space improvement. Residents can plan travel routes according to the baby carriage travel indexes of all streets.
