Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated hollow slab floor, a fabricated side formwork system, and a using method thereof. The fabricated side formwork system comprises a precast beam provided with aplurality of through holes, transverse supporting steel pipe frames penetrating through the through holes, longitudinal steel pipes fixedly arranged on transverse supporting steel pipes, and formworkslaid on the longitudinal steel pipes. The using method includes the steps that the transverse supporting steel pipes, the longitudinal steel pipes and the formworks are sequentially installed according to the sequence, then the precast beam is hoisted to a designated position, a prestressed hollow slab is installed later, and surface layer concrete is poured; and finally, other components exceptthe precast beam are dismantled. The prestressed hollow slab floor can be manufactured by adopting the using method. According to the prefabricated hollow slab floor, the fabricated side formwork system, and the using method thereof, the engineering construction speed and quality can be improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
