The method comprises: firstly dividing a plurality of file data corresponding to the operating system and software thereof in to a plurality of data blocks respectively according to the designated data size; then respectively generating a check code for each data block in order to generate an original check code sequence list and a target check code sequence list; comparing the original check code sequence list and the target check code sequence list after installing the computer operating system and software thereof, and sending a restoring calling information if the compare is not inconsistent; obtaining the inconsistent check code position according to the restoring calling information and the compared result; reading the original document data corresponding to the check code position and restoring the data into the target file.
