Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic-gas combination bearing structure for a turbo expander. The magnetic-gas combination bearing structure comprises a labyrinth type sealing sleeve and a shaft seal with which a main shaft is sleeved, wherein the labyrinth type sealing sleeve is used for sealing a gap between the main shaft and the front end of a bearing chamber; the shaft seal is used for sealing agap between the main shaft and the rear end of the bearing chamber; the main shaft in the bearing chamber is sleeved with a first gas bearing and at least one magnetic bearing; the first gas bearingis used for supporting the end portion, close to an impeller, of the main shaft; each magnetic bearing is positioned behind the first gas bearing; and sealing gas and lubricating gas can flow into thebearing chamber to cool the magnetic bearings. According to the magnetic-gas combination bearing structure, an active magnetic bearing, a passive magnetic bearing and the gas bearing are combined foruse, so that the risk that the oil bearing is frozen due to low temperature and oil pollution are avoided, the bearing abrasion replacement frequency is reduced, the service life of the bearing structure is prolonged, and the operation stability of the turbo expander is improved.
