Embodiment

[0021] A neuromimetic tactile sensor based on 4D printing, such as Figure 1-2 As shown, several sensor units 8 are included, and the sensor unit 8 is formed by 4D printing. The sensor unit 8 includes a pressure sensitive component, an electric shape memory polymer 4 and an energy supply component 5. The shape-memory polymer 4 is electrically connected by a wire, and the pressure-sensitive component and the electro-shape-memory polymer 4 are electrically connected to the energy supply component 5 by a wire. The pressure-sensitive component includes a capacitive upper electrode 1, elastically insulated The medium 2 and the capacitor lower electrode 3 , the capacitor upper electrode 1 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the elastic insulating medium 2 , and the capacitor lower electrode 3 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the elastic insulating medium 2 . The sensor unit 8 can convert the external input pressure signal 6 into a circuit output mechanical signa...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of tactile sensors, and more particularly relates to a nerve-imitating tactile sensor formed based on 4D printing. The nerve-imitating tactile sensor comprises a plurality of sensor units (8), wherein the sensor units (8) are formed through 4D printing; each sensor unit (8) comprises a pressure-sensitive assembly, an electro-shape memory polymer (4) and an energysupply assembly (5); the pressure-sensitive assembly is electrically connected with the electro-shape memory polymer (4) through a wire; and the pressure-sensitive assembly and the electro-shape memory polymer (4) are electrically connected with the energy supply assembly (5) through wires. The sensor is manufactured based on a 4D printing technology, and the unique manufacturing mode of layer-by-layer superposition forming is adopted. Compared with a traditional manufacturing method, the method has the unique advantage in forming any part with a complex structure, can be better applied to the fields of automatic control, soft robots and the like, and has a wide market prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of tactile sensors, and more particularly relates to a neuromimetic tactile sensor based on 4D printing. Background technique [0002] The sense of touch usually refers to the general term for mechanical stimuli such as sliding, contact, and pressure. Most animal tactile sensors are all over the body. Human skin is a kind of tactile sensor. Humans can feel humidity, temperature, pain and other sensations by relying on nerve endings. Inspired by this, people invented the tactile sensor, which is a device or device that can sense the measured pressure and convert it into a usable output signal according to certain rules. Tactile sensors are usually composed of sensitive elements and conversion elements. The sensitive element is a part that can directly contact the measured pressure, and the conversion element can convert the measured pressure that touches the sensitive element into an electrical signal suitable for tr...
