Embodiment

[0013] [1] Slow thermal cracking of 1000kg birch, the heating rate inside the retort is 1.1°C / min. When the internal temperature of the retort rises to 400°C, use the PID temperature control device to control the internal temperature of the retort to maintain a constant temperature of 400°C, a total of 2.6 h. The formed pyrolysis gas first enters the high-temperature condenser with a temperature of 85°C. In the high-temperature condenser, the gaseous wood tar is condensed into liquid wood tar, and 130kg of liquid wood tar flows into the wood tar collection tank, and the gaseous wood vinegar does not condense.

[0014] [2] The pyrolysis gas leaving the high-temperature condenser enters the electric tar trap with a temperature of 65°C, and the 7kg residual wood tar droplets in the pyrolysis gas are captured by the electric tar trap and flow into the wood tar collection tank.

[0021] [1] Pyrolysis of 1000kg pine wood at a slow speed, the heating rate inside the retort is 1.3°C / min. h. The formed pyrolysis gas first enters the high-temperature condenser with a temperature of 95°C. In the high-temperature condenser, the gaseous wood tar is condensed into liquid wood tar, and 160kg of liquid wood tar flows into the wood tar collection tank, and the gaseous wood vinegar does not condense.

[0022] [2] The pyrolysis gas leaving the high-temperature condenser enters the electric tar catcher at a temperature of 75°C, and the 8kg residual wood tar droplets in the pyrolysis gas are captured by the electric tar catcher and flow into the wood tar collection tank.

[0023] [3] The pyrolysis gas leaving the electric tar collector enters the low-temperature condenser at a temperature of 5°C, the gaseous wood vinegar in the pyrolysis gas is condensed, and a total of 300kg of wood vinegar flows into the wood vinegar collection tank.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for separating pyroligneous liquor and wood tar on line. The method sequentially comprises the following key steps that 1, pyrolysis gas (mixed gas of gaseous wood tar, gaseous pyroligneous liquor and wood gas) generated through slow pyrolysis of biomass firstly passes through a high-temperature condenser, and most of the gaseous wood tar in the pyrolysis gas is firstly condensed into liquid wood tar; 2, the pyrolysis gas passes through a high-voltage electrostatic catcher, and residual wood tar liquid drops in the pyrolysis gas are caught and collected underthe action of an electrostatic field; and 3 the pyrolysis gas passes through a low-temperature condenser, and gaseous pyroligneous liquor in the pyrolysis gas is condensed into liquid pyroligneous liquor. Compared with a traditional separation method for pyroligneous liquor and wood tar, a technical route provided by the invention has the advantages of high separation efficiency and extremely lowcost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of three wastes treatment and comprehensive utilization. Background technique [0002] Wood vinegar has the effect of promoting crop growth and inhibiting harmful microorganisms. The current production and preparation method of wood vinegar is to generate pyrolysis gas by slow pyrolysis of biomass, and the pyrolysis gas is condensed into pyrolysis liquid. The pyrolysis liquid is a liquid mixture of wood vinegar and wood tar. Activated carbon adsorption method, extraction method, distillation method or ultra-low temperature freezing and thawing method separate the liquid mixture of wood vinegar and wood tar, and separate and extract the wood vinegar from the pyrolysis solution. Separating the liquid mixture of wood vinegar and wood tar often requires additional auxiliary materials (activated carbon adsorption method, extraction method) or additional energy (distillation method or ultra-low temperature freezi...
