The high-solid-content water-based PU leather is sequentially provided with a water-based surface treatment layer, a water-based PUsurface layer, a PU high-solid-content layer, a bonding layer and a base cloth layer, wherein the water-based PU surface layer is prepared from the following materials in parts by mass of 40-60 partsof water-based polycarbon resin, 40-60 parts of water-based polyether resin, 0.5-1.0 part of a leveling agent, 1.0-1.5 parts of a thickener and 4-6 parts of a curing agent. An oily PU surface layer ischanged into the water-based PU surface layer, and the water-based polycarbon resin and the water-based polyether resin are added into the water-based PU surface layer, so that the high-solid-contentwater-based PU leather is low in pollution and more environment-friendly.
