The double-pushing device comprises the two groups of eccentric mechanisms, the control mechanism and the transmission mechanism; two reciprocating horizontal output driving strokes are generated by the rotation of each group of eccentric mechanism; and the control mechanism controls the output rotation of the output shaft through the transmission mechanism by controlling the reciprocating horizontal output driving stroke lengths of the eccentric mechanisms.
