The present invention relates to a clothes treating apparatus comprising a cabinet having a first lateral panel and a second lateral panel which are disposed so as to face each other, an upper panel and a lower panel which connect the first lateral panel and the second lateral panel so as to respectively form the top surface and the bottom surface, and a rear panel which connects the first lateralpanel and the second lateral panel so as to form the rear surface; a first base having a front panel which is fixed to the first lateral panel, the second lateral panel, the upper panel and the lowerpanel so as to form the front surface of the cabinet, and an inlet which is provided so as to penetrate the front panel; a first chamber fixed to the front panel so as to be positioned inside the cabinet, and communicating with the inlet so as to provide a space for receiving clothes; a second base having a front frame which is positioned between the front panel and the rear panel, an upper framewhich extends from the front frame towards the rear panel and is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the first chamber, a first lateral frame which is spaced apart from the first lateral panel, and a second lateral frame which is spaced apart from the second lateral panel; a second chamber formed by means of the front frame, the upper frame, the first lateral frame, the second lateral frame,the lower panel and the rear panel; a supply part provided inside the second chamber and supplying at least any one of air and moisture to the first chamber; a door rotatably fixed to the cabinet or the front panel and enabling the inlet to be opened / closed; and an insulation part formed by means of foamed plastic injected in a foam space formed between the cabinet, the first base, the first chamber and the second base.
