Problems solved by technology

However, for porridge samples with uneven component distribution and abnormally viscous samples, the fluidity is poor, and the air bubbles wrapped in the viscous liquid film are difficult to release. To obtain a spectrum that meets the requirements of multivariate analysis, the prediction performance of the quantitative model declines, and the methodology based on multivariate analysis and spectroscopy cannot be used for this type of substance, which is a technical problem that has not been solved so far

example 1

[0034] This example illustrates the preparation of calibration porridge samples with different component contents and the determination process of quality indicators water content, 4-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO), and water content calibration values.

[0035] 1) Preparation of calibration pulp porridge samples

[0036] The minimum value of cellulose content in the prepared 75 calibration pulp samples was 3.728%, and the maximum value was 9.031%. The minimum NMMO content is 45.157%, and the maximum is 48.001%. The minimum value of water content is 45.811%, and the maximum value is 48.271%.

[0037] 2) Determination of the calibration value of the component content of the calibration pulp porridge sample

[0038] The cellulose content, NMMO content and water content were selected as the key quality control indicators of the porridge and glue samples, and the calibration values of the three components were determined by spectrophotometer and difference method after cooking...

example 2

[0048] This example shows that the pretreatment method of the conversion angle spectrum can significantly eliminate the phenomenon that the accuracy of the measurement spectrum is reduced caused by the sample being too viscous and entrained air bubbles, and combined with the partial least squares method to determine the internal index components (cellulose, NMMO) of the calibration glue sample and moisture) content.

[0049] 1) Preparation of Calibration Glue Samples

[0050] The above-mentioned pulp and porridge samples were stirred under vacuum at 90°C for 120 minutes to prepare glue samples. A total of 75 glue samples were prepared. Among them, the cellulose content is 6.309%-14.778%. The NMMO content value is 73.888%-81.230%. The water content is 12.461%-11.335%.

[0051] 2) Adopt the same spectrometer and spectral measurement conditions as the pulp porridge sample in Example 2, and the same measurement method and measurement conditions for the calibration value of the...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting content of components in slurry or glue solution in regenerated viscose, and relates to calibration sample preparation, calibration sample component content calibration value determination and attenuated total reflection infrared spectrum acquisition. With a first principal component spectrum of a calibration sample set spectrum as a reference vector,a sample spectrum is converted into an angular spectrum by using a moving window method; in order to eliminate the adverse effects of uniform distribution of internal components of the slurry and optical path errors caused by bubbles entrained by a glue solution, a partial least square method is used to associate the angular spectrum of the calibration sample with the calibration value of the component content of the calibration sample, and a quantitative model of the slurry and glue solution component content is established. According to the method, spectrums of theslurry and glue solution can be conveniently collected by selecting an attenuated total reflection mode; a sample spectrum is converted into an angular spectrum, so that adverse effects on modeling caused by optical path errorsdue to uneven distribution of internal components of the slurry and bubbles entrained by excessive viscosity of a glue solution can be eliminated. According to the method, the technical problem of rapid analysis of the content of components in the slurry and extremely thick samples is solved.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The present invention relates to a method for detecting the content of pulp porridge and glue liquid in the production process of regenerated viscose fiber (lyocell), and more specifically a method for measuring the content of pulp by attenuated total reflection infrared spectrum combined with conversion angle spectrum and multivariate analysis. Methods of porridge, cellulose, NMMO, water content in mucilage. Background technique: [0002] The regenerated viscose fiber (such as Lyocell) made of natural cellulose fiber has the same washing strength as chemical fiber, and the water absorption and comfort of natural cellulose fiber. Its textile fabric has excellent wearing performance and is very popular among consumers. Its production process needs to dissolve natural cellulose fibers, and the solvent used is 4-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) aqueous solution. In the early stage of the dissolution process, under the action of hydrogen bond, van der Waa...
