The invention relates to the technical field of oil
wastewater separation and trace testing, and discloses an
infrared spectrum quantitative method for trace
hexafluorophosphate in
polylactic acid fiber, which comprises the following steps: firstly, pressing loose
fiber into sheets, and carrying out
infrared spectrum testing by adopting an
attenuated total reflection mode to effectively enhance the acquisition intensity and stability of
infrared signals; secondly, in a
data processing stage, through accurately extracting a characteristic infrared
signal of
hexafluorophosphate and systematically determining an optimal baseline
correction method of an
internal standard peak and a characteristic peak and an integral range selection skill, on the basis of a relation between a characteristic
peak area ratio and the concentration, the detection sensitivity of the method is improved; according to the method, a
quantitative model conforming to the Lambert-Beer law is established, matrix interference can be eliminated to the maximum extent, the accuracy of a
quantitative result is ensured, and the problem that trace
hexafluorophosphate lower than 5% on the
fiber surface is difficult to accurately and rapidly quantify by an existing infrared spectrum technology and the accuracy of a
quantitative result is low is solved. And a standardized analysis process for effectively eliminating matrix interference is lacked.
