After the rated load of the transformer nameplate and the upper limit value of the insulating oil temperature are obtained, the adjusting rod is moved, meanwhile, the corresponding load modules are selected, the main control unitsequentially controls the load modules to be connected into the transformer, after the transformer operates with load, the temperature of the insulating oil in the transformer can rise, the thermal bimetallic strip is heated to be bent upwards, and therefore the push rod is driven to move upwards, and if all the load modules are connected into the transformer, the push rod can just move to the bottom of the adjusting rod and make contact with the pressing button, the main control unit judges that the load state of the transformer is normal, and if the pressing button is triggered when the loadmodule is not completely connected, it shows that the load state of the transformer does not conform to calibration, maintenance is needed, and accidents are prevented from happening.
