The PISA manager is used for managing an API (Application Program Interface) layer to call an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) layer in a cross-process manner and comprises service handle management, service request ID (Identity) management, memory management, synchronous call implementation and asynchronous call implementation management; each API layer calls an SPI layer to generate a unique service handle of the system; each time the API calls the SPI layer, a unique service request ID of the system is generated; and through a file mapping shared memory and a cross-process lock, the service handle and the service request ID generated by the PISA manager, and the calling process number and the calling process handle of the API layer are stored.
