A control circuit for a switch unit of a clocked power supply circuit, the switch unit being designed to effect input-side excitation of a resonant transformer arrangement, comprises an input for receiving an auxiliary signal from the resonant transformer arrangement. The auxiliary signal exhibits an essentially fixed phase relation to a load alternating current flowing through a resonant circuit of the transformer arrangement. The control circuit further comprises a phase detector designed to detect reference crossing moments when the auxiliary signal crosses a predefined reference value, a driver controllable to switch the switch unit, and a synchronizer designed to synchronize a turn-on of the switch unit by the driver with regard to a phase position with the auxiliary signal so as to achieve a turn-on of the switch unit within a predetermined time interval around a zero crossing of a voltage present across the switch unit, or of a current flowing through the switch unit. The synchronizer is further designed to receive information about the reference crossing moments from the phase detector, and to provide a turn-on signal to the driver with a fixed phase delay at the reference crossing moments, so as to define turn-on moments at which the driver is to turn on the switch unit. The control circuit further comprises a detector designed to determine an amplitude information which depends on an amplitude or a mean value of the auxiliary signal, and a regulator designed to change an operating frequency in dependence on the amplitude information supplied by the detector, and to determine a period duration between turn-off moments at which the driver is to turn off the switch unit as a reciprocal of the operating frequency. An inventive resonance converter enables independent control of frequency and turn-on moments, or duty cycle, and thus enables a particularly efficient operation of the resonance converter, and a particularly precise regulation.

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) laterite-nickel ore classification: breaking and screening the laterite-nickel ore; adding the reducing coal and fluxing agent into the laterite-nickel ore larger than 2mm and directly feeding into a rotary hearth furnace; adding the reducing coal and fluxing agent into the laterite-nickel ore smaller than 2mm and pressing into carbon-containing pellets by a pellet press; and drying the carbon-containing pellets and feeding into the rotary hearth furnace; (2) pre-reduction: feeding the carbon-containing pellets into a heat-accumulation type coal-based rotary hearth furnace, and performing high-temperature quick reduction in the furnace, wherein the reduction temperature is 1,200-1,300 DEG C, and the reduction time is 20-45 min; (3) melting: feeding the discharge product of the rotary hearth furnace into the melting equipment for slag iron separation to produce nickel-iron alloy; and (4) levigation sorting and melting: breaking the melting slag obtained by the step (3), performing ore grinding magnetic separation, and returning the metal iron powder after the magnetic separation to the melting equipment of the step (3) for slag iron separation to obtain the nickel-iron alloy.

According to the process, seaside titanomagnetite is employed as a raw material, a reducing agent, a binder, and an additive are added for briquetting, and then a selective direct reduction roasting - magnetic separation method is employed for respectively recovering iron and titanium. The process of the invention is simpler compared with other methods, wherein cost-effective coal is directly used as the reducing agent, additives added in the process is a mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium borate, and by adding the reducing agent and the additive, and controlling roasting temperature and time, selective reduction of iron and separation of iron and titanium can be achieved, ensuring the grade and recovery rate of direct reduced iron while reducing the titanium content in the direct reduced iron. The finally obtained direct reduction iron powder has a grade above 93%, the recovery rate of iron is generally greater than 85%, the titanium dioxide content is less than 0.5%, while the titanium dioxide content in obtained high titanium magnetic separation tailings is higher than 20%, and the recovery rate of titanium is greater than 90%.
