Problems solved by technology

The working principle of the escalator is a chain-type circular conveyor belt, which is a forced drive, so once it gets stuck, it may cause damage to the equipment, and its moving parts are exposed and in direct contact with people, posing a huge safety hazard
[0003] At present, escalator system failures occur frequently, and when an accident occurs, the staff on the scene need to perform emergency braking operations, the risk response is slow, and the safety hazard is relatively large
Although various monitoring schemes have been proposed, escalator monitoring involves various sensors, with a large amount of data and low transmission efficiency, making it impossible to make timely and effective emergency measures

Abstract

The invention discloses an escalator intelligent decision-making method and system based on an IPFS. The method comprises the steps: obtaining the operation data of an escalator through a monitoring terminal and environment sensing equipment, and storing the operation data uploaded by the monitoring terminal through an IPFS inter-satellite file subsystem according to a content addressing storage model; periodically uploading the stored operation data to an intelligent decision cloud platform through the Internet; storing to-be-monitored escalator monitoring data periodically uploaded by the IPFS inter-satellite file subsystem by utilizing an information sub-library of an application library; recording a fault generation reason of the escalator to be monitored by utilizing a fault sub-library of the application library, and extracting corresponding monitoring data from the information sub-library to form a sample so as to judge the running state of the escalator; and making a corresponding fault repair decision through a decision sub-library of the application library by the fault type recorded by the fault sub-library, so that intelligent decision of the escalator is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of escalator monitoring, and more specifically relates to an IPFS-based intelligent decision-making method and system for an escalator. Background technique [0002] Escalators are used to transport passengers up or down between different storeys of buildings, and are widely used in train stations, subway stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports and other crowded places. The working principle of the escalator is a chain-type circular conveyor belt, which is a forced drive, so once it gets stuck, it may cause damage to the equipment, and its moving parts are exposed and in direct contact with people, posing a huge safety hazard. [0003] At present, escalator system failures occur frequently, and when an accident occurs, the staff on the scene need to perform emergency braking operations, the risk response is slow, and the safety hazard is relatively large. Although various monitoring schemes have be...
