Abstract

The invention discloses establishment of a sterol database and a sterol analysis method based on the sterol database. According to the method, four-dimensional information of first sterol can be obtained specifically through liquid chromatography tandem ion mobility mass spectrometry, the four-dimensional information comprises collision cross-sectional area information, chromatographic retention time, primary mass spectrometry information and secondary mass spectrometry information, and prediction models of information of all dimensions in the four-dimensional information of the first sterol are established respectively; and then, the four-dimensional information of the second sterol is determined according to the prediction model of each dimension information, a sterol database is established according to the four-dimensional information of the first sterol and the four-dimensional information of the second sterol, the target sterol in the to-be-detected sample then is analyzed through the sterol database, and the identification result information corresponding to the target sterol is deteremined. Therefore, the four-dimensional information of sterol is obtained through a liquid chromatography-tandem ion mobility mass spectrometry technology, so that high separation of sterol isomers is realized, and high-accuracy and high-coverage sterol identification can be realized.
