Abstract

The method adopts three steps to meet process requirements: (1) oxidation reaction: taking cyclopentene as a raw material, adopting hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent, adding an oxidation catalyst, an auxiliary agent and a solvent, and carrying out oxidation reaction in a reactor to generate 1, 2-cyclopentane oxide; (2) hydrogenation reaction: taking 1, 2-cyclopentane oxide as a raw material, and under the action of a copper-based catalyst, carrying out a hydrogenation reaction process in a kettle type or fixed bed reactor to generate cyclopentanol; and (3) dehydrogenation reaction: taking cyclopentanol as a raw material, adding a dehydrogenation catalyst, and carrying out dehydrogenation reaction in a reaction rectification device to generate cyclopentanone.
