The upper surface of the spherical sliding block is a plane matched with the sliding plate, and the lower surface of the spherical sliding block is a convex spherical surface matched with the concave spherical surface; relative sliding between the plane of the spherical sliding block and the sliding plate can be achieved, and relative rotation between the convex spherical surface and a concave spherical surface support can be achieved too; and a recovery mechanism and a pre-bias adjusting mechanism are arranged between the sliding plate and the lower seat plate.
