The hydraulic power-assisted steering system comprises an oil storage device, a first electromagnetic valve, a hydraulic motor assembly and a power-assisted steering device, hydraulic oil is stored in the oil storage device, the first electromagnetic valve is in fluid communication with the oil storage device, the hydraulic motor assembly comprises a first output shaft and a second output shaft, and the first output shaft is used for being connected with a steering wheel; the power-assisted steering device is connected with the second output shaft, the power-assisted steering device rotates the wheels along with rotation of the second output shaft, in the first state of the first electromagnetic valve, the oil storage device is in fluid communication with the hydraulic motor assembly and the power-assisted steering device, and in the second state of the first electromagnetic valve, the oil storage device is in fluid communication with the power-assisted steering device.
