Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of gas photoacoustic spectrum detection, in particular to an online multi-component gas analysis photoacoustic spectrometer which comprises a light source, a filtering chopper, a gas inlet channel and a photoacoustic cell assembly which are linearly arranged in sequence, air curtains are arranged between the filtering chopper and the air inlet channel and between the air inlet channel and the photoacoustic cell assembly; the photoacoustic cell assembly comprises a plurality of photoacoustic cells which are connected in series, each photoacoustic cell is provided with a sound sensor connected with the control module, one of the photoacoustic cells encapsulates reference gas, and the rest of the photoacoustic cells encapsulate gas which is the same as any component gas in detected gas; emitted light of the light source is filtered by the filtering chopper and then enters the air inlet channel and the photoacoustic cell assembly; each sound sensor collects a photoacoustic signal generated by the corresponding photoacoustic cell and transmits the photoacoustic signal to the control module. The device has the beneficial effects that the plurality of photoacoustic cells which are connected in series can be used for simultaneously measuring multiple components on line, and complicated pretreatment on measured gas is not needed.
